The Phoenix Project (IOW) is a service where adults with learning disabilities can spend time actively engaged in a variety of different activities tailored to suit the individual’s needs.
The Phoenix project is a very friendly, lively and sociable place, where people are able to meet up with their friends and participate in a wide range of interests both in house and in the community.
We are a fully person-centred organisation whose aim is to provide an inclusive service to anyone wishing to attend The Phoenix Project. We employ our own person-centred coordinator who undertakes a person-centred review for all of our service users every year and ensures that all outcomes of the review are followed up and put into place.
The Phoenix Project is based at the Phoenix Centre in Haylands, Ryde, a fully accessible building, set in large grounds. The aim of the Phoenix Project is to provide a service that is person centred for each of our customers.
The Phoenix Project (IOW) was started in June 2011.
